License to Kill

September 4, 2009

These days it seems that 007 isn’t the only one who has a license to kill. That right is in the possession of vaccine makers who can produce their vaccines without fear of being held accountable should anyone die from their products.

The H1N1 flu, considered a pandemic, has been over hyped by the media. Governments in a panic have bought up great quantities of Tamiflu and Relenza to ward off what may or may not be an upcoming epidemic of the virus.

Roche and the makers of flu vaccines are producing great quantities of the vaccine while the FDA has determined that safety and proper storage procedures are not necessary in order to push through the vaccines to get the masses ready for inoculation in the fall.

Unfortunately, it is more likely that the vaccine will cause more deaths than the virus itself.

Fortunately, the manufacturers can feel comfortable that they have immunity against any lawsuits.

Prior to October, 1988, if a child was injured as a result of a vaccine, their parents could file a lawsuit against the manufacturer. Unfortunately, due to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Plan, manufacturers have no liabilities for their products. This gives them a license to kill and all for the sake of cold hard cash. If compensation does get awarded from adverse effects of a vaccine on a child, the money awarded through the NVICP comes from the taxpayer and not the producer of the vaccine.

If this applies to children, it applies even more to adults who might be forced through mandatory legislation to get vaccinated. With no responsibility, drug manufacturers can produce poison and have no accountability if their product causes serious harm. Given today’s situation, drug manufacturers have been given carte blanch to produce their products and now can dispense with testing for safety altogether.

If any product creates serious health problem, they can merely claim that they were unaware of any side effects since they made no effort to test their products. They could otherwise be held accountable for willful misconduct if they did know of adverse effects from the use of their products through testing. Thus, they have the incentive to NOT test their products for safety.

What this essentially means is that the populace are the guinea pigs and have no recourse if they should die from a drug or vaccine. This makes America no better than the Nazi era before World War II. Drug manufacturers are protected and essentially have the power to experiment on the average person through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act.(PREP), passed in 2006.

What this act does is remove everyone’s right to a trial jury unless they can prove that there was willful neglect that caused serious injury or death. But before they can even launch any retaliation, they will need to apply and be granted permission to sue by the DHHS secretary who has the power to grant complete immunity to drug manufacturers under the so called “interests of public safety”.

What this means to you and me is that taking drugs and getting vaccines means agreeing to suffering the consequences that may arise from the drug used. If your health suffers, you have no recourse against the drug manufacturer and the government legislation that has been put in place to protect drug interests and places you in jeopardy for long illness and early death.

Clearly, this is not the freedom that the founders of America envisioned. What is clear is that Big Pharma has power and wealth in mind over the health and welfare of the average citizen. What is necessary is that people must take their health concerns into their own hands and show their disdain by refusing to take the poison that Big Pharma is attempting to cram down everyone’s throats.
